Football Betting Tips: The Set Odds’ 4-4-2 Betting System [Week 20]

Hello all,

It’s been a profitable week so far thanks to the 9/4 BTTS Double landing on Wednesday.

We netted a 5pts return from that but it could’ve been 11 in total had the Win 5fold, my only other midweek bet, landed if Liverpool had beaten West Brom at home in a game they really should have won.

Still, Jurgen Klopp’s men faltered once again so it wasn’t to be, and we move onto the weekend’s games already 2pts in profit.

I really like the odds on the Win 5fold this week. Chelsea and Arsenal should have too much for Southampton and Newcastle at home respectively, plus I like the look of Portsmouth to see off Bury, who are propping up League One.

Blackburn have been in superb form of late so should outdo Charlton at home, and I like Exeter to defeat Stevenage at home, but I’ve insured both of those fixtures with Draw No Bet selections.

There was an abundance of home wins which took my fancy for Saturday, so the tricky part this week was cutting some out. I’ve effectively turned the Mixed Multiple into a second Win Acca, but mainly went for Draw No Bet selections.

One I like on the nose is the steam train that is Man City to extend their Premier League winning run to 15 by seeing off Spurs at home in Saturday’s evening kick-off. They look unstoppable this season and Spurs aren’t exactly on top form.

There is also a Big Match Preview for that game right here.

The BTTS Acca has proved extremely fruitful since I brought it back with recent winners at 13/2 and 11/2, and then 9/4 in midweek, so I’m hopeful once again with that.

The Over 2.5 Goals Acca missed out by just one goal on its return last week so I’m keeping the faith with it again this weekend.

I also like the look of a single this week. I’m sticking 0.5pts on Millwall to win at home against an inconsistent Boro side at 2/1 (Coral – bet HERE).

The Lions aren’t too bad at home, losing just three out of 10 this season and recently seeing off Sheffield United, and Garry Monk has been clinging on to his manager’s seat in the north east side. So I wouldn’t be too surprised to see them go down to a defeat in east London this weekend.

I’m off to Derby on Saturday to watch the mighty Villa as per usual, and fancy us to get a draw against the in-form Rams.

We’ve done pretty well recently but I can’t help but think what might have been if we’d had our spine of John Terry, Mile Jedinak and Jonathan Kodjia fit all season. Hey ho (ho ho)!
