Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham

5.30pm – 19.11.16

Spurs would have been happy to come away from the Emirates with a point but the result does mean they’re now winless in seven in all competitions which includes four consecutive stalemates in the league. Despite being the only side still unbeaten in the Premier League, they know draws won’t see them competing for the title come May, so you feel a win here is essential for Pochettino’s men.

West Ham drew 1-1 with Stoke in what was their fifth consecutive game to have no more than two strikes. It’s a stark contrast to their first six when they conceded 16 times, but a tactical change to three at the back has seen them tighten up considerably and as a result it’s just one defeat in five.

Kane should be back in the fold after leaving England duty early but this may not solve Spurs’ current issues in front of goal that’s seen them score just five in their last seven in all matches. With Dele Alli out and Eriksen and Lamela doubts the service provided to the striker may be limited. The Hammers too have had their troubles in front of goal, failing to score more than once in any of their last six in the league. Furthermore, each of Spurs’ five home games this term have had fewer than three strikes and it looks a generous price at odd-against.

Best Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 2.1
