Both of these sides lost on the weekend, Leicester were humbled 3-0 at the Bridge while Palace’s five game unbeaten run came to an end with a disappointing 1-0 defeat to struggling West Ham at home. Leicester have since won in the Champions league, defeating Copenhagen at the King Power where they remain much more of a threat having been unbeaten here in 90 minutes this season, and going back further they’ve gone W14-D8-L1 in the league under Claudio Ranieri.
If Benteke had learnt how to take a penalty then Palace could easily have been six games without a defeat coming into this. On the road, though, it’s seven points from their last three and despite their horror show during the second-half of last season it’s just four defeats in their last 10 away matches.
Given their home form Leicester look a tempting price at around Evens, but it may be hasty to plough into a home win as this Eagles side certainly look rejuvenated and their counter-attacking style can be dangerous on the road. Instead you’ll get much more bang for your buck with the draw at 3.4. Burnley and Swansea hardly tested the Foxes when they visited but Arsenal and Southampton provided much stiffer examinations, as we expect from Palace, and both finished all-square.
Best Bet: Draw at 3.30
