Monaco v Lille
15:00
Monaco were knocked out of the Champions League in midweek but they have a three point lead over PSG with a game in hand and a win here would effectively guarantee the title as their goal difference is far superior to the Parisians. Lille failed to follow up impressive 3-0 wins over Guingamp and Montpellier as they went down 2-0 against Metz and so they remain in 11th, with neither relegation a threat nor European qualification a possibility.
Monaco have won their last nine games and have been excellent at the Stade Louis II all season, winning 15 of their last 16 there, scoring 23 in their last seven on their own patch. They do however give their opponents a chance as they’re without a clean sheet in three at home, whilst they also generally take a while to get going as they’ve led at the break in only three of their last nine on their own turf.
Lille have a decent record when travelling to the top sides this term, drawing at Nice, winning 2-1 at Lyon and they hold a W2-D1-L2 record away to the top six. They scored in four of these five games and have netted in seven of their last eight on the road, while they haven’t trailed at the break in any of their trips to top-six sides so far. As a result, we’re backing Draw/Monaco Half Time/Full Time and also the home win and both teams to score.
Recommendations: Monaco Win and Both Teams to Score at 2.38 Draw/Monaco HT/FT at 4.5
