Leicester v Watford
15:00 - 6/5/2017 - King Power Stadium, Leicester
It’s been a rollercoaster season for Leicester, who were in danger of being relegated at the time of Ranieri’s sacking, but with three of their remaining four games at home look set for a solid top-half finish. Although, not as prolific as last season, the Foxes have got a respectable W9-D3-L4 record at the King Power this term, with all four defeats to top-eight sides and four consecutive victories under Craig Shakespeare.
Watford were undone by an Emre Can wonder goal on Monday night but it nevertheless condemned them to their third defeat in four. They’ve lost nine of their last 11 on the road, failing to score in seven of these defeats. Excluding the bottom-six then it’s 14 defeats from 18 away from Vicarage road since the start of last season where they’ve also trailed at the break in all six losses this term.
The momentum is entirely with Leicester for this one and considering they’ve been ahead at the interval in seven of their nine successes at the King Power this season, we suggest Leicester/Leicester half-time/full-time as the best way to make profit in this one.
