Lazio continued their excellent form as their 2-1 win at Sassuolo was their fifth in six unbeaten games and so they remain in 4th, four points behind their hosts who occupy the final Champions League spot. Napoli came from behind to rescue a point at home to Juve last time out and they remain in impressive form having won six of their last eight.
Lazio are W10-D2-L3 at home this term, but two of those defeats were against Juve and Roma as they went down 1-0 and 2-0 respectively against the current top-two. It was a similar story last season as they lost six of their seven home games against the top-seven, though the fact that they managed a 1-1 draw at Napoli earlier on in the season may give them some hope.
However, Napoli have won seven of eight unbeaten road games, including against Roma and AC Milan. They won this fixture 2-0 last season and with Insigne and Mertens in excellent form, netting eight between them in Napoli’s last four, we’re siding with the visitors to continue their excellent run on the road.
