Milan came from 2-0 down to rescue a point at Torino in their last game and so they move remain in 5th, four points behind Napoli in 3rd but with a game in hand. Maurizio Sarri’s side are in excellent form as their 3-1 win at home to Pescara made it nine games unbeaten having won five of their last six as they look to keep up with the pace set by Juve and Roma.
Milan have been excellent at the San Siro after an early defeat against Udinese as they’ve since won six of eight unbeaten games there. They’ve kept clean sheets in four of their last six at home, including in a 1-0 victory over Juve. Indeed, they’d also beaten Lazio 2-0 prior to that to go with wins without conceding against top-six sides Inter and Fiorentina last term.
Napoli, conversely, have lost both their trips to top-eight sides to date, losing against both Juve and Atalanta. Indeed, they managed just one point from their trips to top-six sides last term and as such we’re certainly taking them on at 2.05. They’re also without two of their regular back four as centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly and left-back Faouzi Ghoulam are both involved at the African Cup of Nations. Form Lab Black Players shows that Koulibaly has missed just four games this term and Napoli have shipped eight goals without him, whilst they concede an average of just 0.9 goals in the 16 games he’s started. We’re going to back Milan Draw No Bet at 2.4, whilst the home win and Under 2.5 Goals is also worth backing at 7.5.
