AC Milan v Fiorentina
15:00
Milan rescued a point at Lazio but they’ve won just two of their last nine and so have dropped down to 7th, four points off Inter in 4th. They’re just a point ahead of Fiorentina in 8th after Paulo Sousa’s side beat Udinese 3-0 at home, their fourth win in six games.
Milan have lost their last two at home, having been unbeaten in eight at the San Siro prior to that. That can in part be explained by injuries as they’re without centre back Romagnoli and central midfielder Bonaventura. They’ve won just two of the nine games the former has failed to start since the start of last term, whilst they’ve managed only four wins in the 12 games the latter has missed in the same period.
Fiorentina have selection issues themselves as their joint top scorer Bernardeschi is suspended, but they have managed to win three of the last four away games he’s missed, including a 4-1 win against Inter. They’ve won five of their last nine on the road and whilst they’ve lost each of their visits to top half sides this term, this is a depleted Milan team and Fiorentina should be able to capitalise. We’re backing the visitors Draw No Bet.
