Bologna picked up their first point in five games as they drew 1-1 at Genoa and so they remain in 15th, though they are 13 points clear of the relegation zone. Lazio, on the other hand, made it three wins in four unbeaten games as they won 1-0 at home to Udinese and so they’re up to 5th, just four points off Napoli in 3rd.
Bologna have lost their last three at home, against the Milan sides and Napoli, meaning they’ve lost all five visits from top-eight sides so far, scoring just once in these. Napoli put seven past them, but they didn’t concede more than twice in any of the other four as three of their defeats were by a score of 1-0 and the other 2-0.
However, they may well fancy their chances of netting against a Lazio side that has managed only one clean sheet in their last seven, and just two away all season. Lazio have nonetheless won four of their last six away and have triumphed in all four of their visits to sides outside the top-11.
