Man City v Arsenal Betting Tips: Big Match Preview

There is a truly Super Sunday to look forward to this weekend, and this game could be the best of the lot.

Man City are beating everything in sight at the moment – and I cannot see that stopping when they entertain Arsenal on Sunday.

Team News

Captain Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy are still out for the League leaders but there are no new concerns.

Arsene Wenger is hopeful Sead Kolasinac will return for the Gunners, but they are still without Danny Welbeck (groin), Shkodran Mustafi (hamstring), Santi Cazorla (ankle), Calum Chambers (hip), and David Ospina (groin).

Betting Focus

The simple bet for this game is Man City to win, but I hate backing singles at odds-on so I’m going for City -1 on the handicap.

If Pep Guardiola’s boys get into their groove they should put this Arsenal defence to the sword quite easily the way they’ve been playing.

My other two tips involve a pair of players I tipped up as potential Player of the Year winners in pre-season, Kevin De Bruyne – who I gave a nod to at a massive 20/1 – and my 66/1 outsider Raheem Sterling.

Sterling is scoring for fun at the moment and I like the 11/2 odds for him to net first in this. Each-way with Bet365 pays unlimited places at a third of the odds, too, so that’s worth backing.

I also like the 13/2 around on KDB to score from outside the box – he’s perfectly capable and if he does net it’s likely to be from range so this looks good.
